From CIFL website...just to maybe give insight as to why there isn't a team in D, since you know we have the Lions and everyone loves the Lions...
What is the CIFL? The Continental Indoor Football League is a professional developmental indoor football league designed to deliver fast-paced action-packed football to markets where it can be enjoyed by fans that would otherwise not have a professional indoor football team. We are a fan-friendly league, committed to making the fan experience second to none.

I mean yeah the Lions aren't indoor...but still, is there gonna be enough fan base in Detroit with most people going to Lions games instead of Detroit indoor games? Who knows...but I can see why Flint and Saginaw would be a better fan base...MAYBE, depends on the marketing of the teams and the league. We all know how many fans Flint semi-pro brings in, so unless fan base grows I don't see a Flint team surviving. I can only imagine Sagnasty is worse...
