The Muskegon Mustangs would like to welcome Coach Doug Tibbits as their head coach for the 2014 season. Coach Tibbits is a class of 2005 Hall of Fame Coach with the American Football Association. Doug is a former linebacker for Central Michigan University, as well as a long Semi-Pro career with multiple organizations. As a player Doug has earned several honors including All American Honors.
Coach Tibbits has an extensive coaching resume' and has helped facilitate and coach several bowl games. Those games include the Casino Bowl and the USA Bowl in Hawaii. The Former GVSU coach called Executive Board Member Jason Schmiedeknecht Saturday April 19th Accepting the position. Please welcome Coach Tibbits to the Mustang Family as we continue our 2014 championship endeavor.
