the usfa seems to have the jump on everybody as far as leagues are concerned, can anyone tell me when the divisions will be final?

Whenever Dan Marshall makes up his mind. Which will be...?? Who knows?
Sometime soon, I'd imagine; the deadline for new teams joining is rapidly approaching. He's probably waiting to see if the divisions need any last-minute tweaking due to last-minute recruits.
