darn homie I had no idea while at practice yesterday, I feel your pain totally. I lost my pops in 05 during the season and it really f-ed me up, cause I really didnt know pops. So feel blessed that for the time pops was here for u and ur family, grieve whole heartedly and dont hold nothing back and the pain will eventually start to lessen, it will never go away cause thats pops, but the good lord will ease it with time.
God bless you and the family dog.

Man, we will definitely be praying for you and your family, that GOD will give strength, in this time of sorrow. That he will fill any voids you may have, and that he will be your comforter in your time of loss. The Bible Says that we have NOT a High priest that cannot be touched with the feelings of our infirmities.................. He knows your pain. Be strong Bro.

KEVIN, I WAS VERY SAD TO HEAR ABOUT YOUR DAD PASTING. BUT I HAVE FATE THAT WERE HE IS IS A BETTER PLACE. I ALSO BELIEVE THAT THE STRENGTH YOU NEED TO GET OVER THIS YOU HAVE WITHIN YOU. WE'VE TALKED MANY TIMES ABOUT MANY THINGS AND THE ONE THING I AWAYS RESPECTED ABOUT YOU WAS HOW YOU HANDLED EVERYTHING THAT CAME YOUR WAY. AS HEAVY AS YOUR HEART IS NOW IT MAKES THINGS SEEM AS IF YOU CAN'T CONTINUE ON, BUT YOU MUST AS EVERY PARENTS WISH IS THAT THEY HAVE PREPARED THEIR CHILDREN TO HANDLE ANYTHING EVEN THEM LEAVING. SO WITH A HEAVY HEART OF MY OUR AS WE ARE ALL ONE FAMILY I WILL LIKE TO SAY "STAY UP, STAY STRONG, AND STAY FOCUSED". LOVE YOU BRO.

I can relate to everyone on this topic. When it comes to the worth of a true father. There teachings can never be forgotten. My Dad was not my dad by blood but he cared for me as though I was one of his own children. He receive custody of me at an early age in my life. He is a very good father and grandfather. He has been my life's inspiration. He is still alive, but we as men must never let our fathers forget how much they mean to us. I hope that you have become what your dad invisioned you as being. Never forget his teachings and whenever possible implement them often so that we may grow a generation of men that take responsiblity for their actions. May god be with you and your family, and may you always show the light of life that your father gave you. Amen
