Where did all the hostility come from ;D? I understand what Bat is stating. As a "young" and up coming team, most owners would get in a league that better suits their talent level. But, as a "young" team, the owner doesn't know what is talent level is, so he or she opts for the MOST COMPETITIVE LEAGUE THEY FEEL IS BETTER SUITED FOR THEIR TEAM!!!. I've played on established teams, a veteran team and a new team. The difference in the team were so:

1. The New Team: VERY YOUNG, lots of talent, but not able to put all the pieces together at ALL times. Players learning their roles and not complaining about playing time. Once their number was called, they were unable to make a play consistenly.

2. Established Team: Some older guys, lots of talent, able to put the pieces together, but cookyness turns into fialure. Older guys DON"T let the younger guys plays when a game is WELL out of reach. Able to play well against scrubs, but fold against equal or better talent.

3. Veteran Team: Older guys. Good talent, but smater than the average player making the team much better. All players know their role!! Once the game is well out of hand, they let their back-ups play. This helping the younger guys get playing time anhd preparing them when its their time to play.

Once you, as a owner feel you have reaced those things with your team, then you play the "BIG DOGS". SO, I can't speak for my owner or anyone else, but I don't never back down from any game. When the date is set, I'll be there laced up and ready to go!!!! See you them Bats

Finally, someone understands what I was trying to say. C-DINK, you know good and well I wouldn't think a led Dinkens team with BIG BAL somewhere in the background would be AFRAID of another team. How many times have you personally played WITH & AGAINST loaded Seminole teams as a Titan? Did our teams ever avoid each other? Yo daddy - Mr. Dickens - would smack me on my head if he heard me saying that.

I love young teams and young ballers full of confidence and bravado with battle cries that we'll strap it up against anyone. As your brother always told me always love to bang heads and then have a few brews. What a lotta guys don't understand, that it's not necessarily FEAR or someone being SCARED if you looking for the growth and progression of a new team. You don't have to hold your nutz sayin I'm sweat....I'll take on the world....FIRST DAY IN CLASS.

Owners.......SMART OWNERS...think with their BRAINS...not there HEARTS and try to put their team in the best situation FOR THEM and their business and the players they govern. It ain't a di.ck swinging contest...you do what's best for YOU.

Had /has 4 teams confirmed teams in the league for 2008 in Michigan

so why is it that every single michigan team opted out of joining

(Not to mention a host of super competitive mid-level teams that would have been heck to compete with each week)

WCW86 I like the way you and Batman clean that up a little bit it's just talk between three real good teams! We do respect your team and your an young competitive team thats hungry like the the RAVENS was and uall will win a CHAMPIONSHIP and guest what that just put our MICHIGAN teams that far ahead of everyone else!! Everyone always talks about don't nobody know you and this and that. Just because someone doesn't know don't mean nothing. I know plenty of people that no one knows, but they are some DARN good football players. I'm not a set up guy, but introduce yourself to #86, I'm pretty sure that he can give you anyone else all that they want. The WCW has a solid up and coming team, but they would not stand a chance at winning the MCFL right now. Bats has offered the challenge and now it's up to the WCW to step up. I doubt this game will happen though. The WCW starts their season on 5/31 so that means the Noles would have to play them in May. This game will not happen.
