FROM THE VERY BEGINNING I'VE BELIEVED THAT GREAT LEADERS ARE BORN NOT MADE. I'VE ALWAYS CONSIDERED MYSELF AS A GREAT LEADER BECAUSE I'VE LEAD MANY PEOPLE IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION WHILE SCARIFYING MY OUR PERSONAL GAINS. I'VE LEAD MANY FOOTBALL PLAYERS TO CHAMPIONSHIPS AT EVERY PLACE I'VE BEEN AT MANY LEVELS. THEY HAVE TAKEN OTHER TEAMS CASTAWAYS GIVEN THEM A HOME AND THE BELIEF THAT ANYTHINGS POSSIBLE IF YOU JUST BELIEVE IN YOURSELF. I used to think that leaders are born, when I didn't understand what a leader was. All through school I always received comments on my leadership; one teacher even went so far as to say I was a "natural born leader" or something to that effect.

That said, as I've progressed through 33 years of life, I've flipped my thought process. Leaders aren't born, leaders are made. They may come from places you never thought it was possible for a leader to come from.

I now believe a leader can't just be born. It's the combination of life experiences that create a leader. It's overcoming obstacles, feeling failure, making it through hardships that others can't imagine, that all go into defining a leader.

We all have the ability to be great leaders, it's just a matter of what we do with that ability. To say a leader is born cheats the real leaders.

man if you'll say anything about a leader tsims from our team is one of the best, i played for about 3 semi pro teams and 6 teams in my life a he's a good one. people mite say alot about him but one thing they can say is that he a good leader on the field
