This is serious and we are trying to have a season and need players. We have been around for 6 years and just want to give women a chance to play the game you guys love so much. So please if you know a female that wants to play we practice at Bowen Fieldhouse at EMU on Mondays and Thursdays at 9pm. On Saturdays we practice at Frog Island from 12 to 3. Why is it a joke. You are the one making a joke out of it. Just because it is women playing does not take anything from the game. It is disrespectful for you to put down an women for playing football. I bet you are one of those guys that say the special Olympics are not real Olympics to. If you have been playing football since you were 8 you have not picked up what football is about. Football is about character and respect. The only person that is making it a joke is you by disrespecting these women that love the game also.

I have my views about Womans football and I will keep them to myself, but that was just wrong to say that it's a joke. I watched some team that was practicing up at Redford high and it wasn't bad. When I lived in Miami I was at a WNBA game and some ladies were starting their team years ago and I felt like it was slap in the face back then. Now I've seen how the game has grown and the passion that these young ladies have for the game and its totally respectable. I wish those young ladies well and do a good job this season. Oh, Drink Brews!!!

When You think of womans football think about the Detroit Demolition.
1. Multiple Championships
2. Own their own Team Bus
3. Multiple Sponsors
And would probably whip half the teams we have playing now. So instead of bashing them, you need to get on their level. And yes I am a Man and I Play.
