That was a statement every team should follow...Alot of teams dont aim to get better, they only"hope" to. Bat is willing to go out on a limb to bring back the dominance that they once had. Its better to go down fighting than to lay down and take it in the a.s.s.......Good luck to the reborn Seminoles

I echo Mr. Jennings' sentiments. No one, I repeat, no one has ever been promised a starting position on this squad. I have talked to several players from the Seminoles and outside, and I have informed them that all positions will be open for competition! If you are interested in trying out, you are more than welcomed to contact me and be put on a distribution list for contact. My email and phone number is below in my signature. You can contact me anytime to talk about next season. Thanks.

Seems to me that Batman knows how to find real people who will put themselves out there to do sommething that they love. A commitment like that isn't easy. Even if I wasn't going to consider going to Detroit I would still watch and see how the Seminoles due this year. From what I see they've made the steps to be the team of 2008. Whether there are haters and people talking junk the Seminoles are still going to do what it takes to be the team of 08. I can't wait to see what else these guys come up with.

And now, the Seminoles have just raised the bar for the semi pro world. Now that we are paying (realistically it is what it is) athletes to be on our respective teams, what team takes their cue from this. Gas cards are still pay, even when donated, and I think that this changes the mcfl. No hate, just wondering if I can get one of those nifty gas cards for the Ann Arbor to Monroe commute to Twolves practice ;D. Thats right, I aint that good. Congrats, Bats, my hat off to you. Now if ya can get the superstars to check their egos, this team will obliterate the competition. Just know this fact, bro. EVERY TEAM in the MCFL are gonna be gunning for you this year! I cant wait for my chance to knock heads with you guys this year. Message to ALL MCFL teams: If this works out for the Seminoles, this is the last day to relax. No ifs, ands, or buts about it, if ya aint in the gym right now... stay in the stands.

"There is not going to be a Noles, Force, Lions merger. This is an open roster with players competing for positions."
C'mon bat, your feedin the bat juice and it aint addin up...a little birdie showed me an email that in part said...
"Without doubt, I'm actively recruiting *********and YOU as top STARTERS....that would solidify offensive line as one of the best in semi-pro."
So much for competing for positions...
Gas Cards? ok fine if Uncle Ted and Hoss saddle up and bonanza together to Gotham thats about 300 miles per practice which means they have to leave GR at about 3:30 for a 7:00 practice time and spend 75.00 per trip twice a week for 5 mos is $3000.00 just for gas for Ted and Hoss...Lots of gas cards!!! Ok fine, lets add in the rest of the WMF guys, throw 'em in the van with the rest of the possie no problem.. Then the cleveland guys, they have to get off work at 3:00 - 3:30 also to drive 6 hrs round trip for a 2.5 hr practice. I dont see that either. But then again they're "top starters" they might make the trip. But maybee they will do online playbooks, with online hitting too! LMFAO!
Well I will say this the Bat Cave is active alright, the imagination has gone wild. This is gonna blow up like you blew up Palmer!

".. But maybee they will do online playbooks, with online hitting too! LMFAO! quote] What team do you play for? I've been at this for a minute and never played for a team that did that much hitting in practice. There's generally not enough guys. If you do, do anything it's just stud someone up, nothing big. why can't that be gotten done in the preseason games. This team will be mainly vets and high quality gentlemen that know the game and will be expected to be prepaired. This isn't going to be a team playing for a small market title or the mid states tournament or something like that. You'll just have to man up and be accountable! Is that so hard to understand? So there's no more need to question how it's going to be done. If you not a part of it, then sit back and watch it take place.

If any of you think that the force problems started when frank got rid of Ted and Hoss you are crazy. they had side line problems all last year the fighting between players, no dicipline. as far as the post about starting positions not being filled, that is what they told us on the force too, but every week there were starters at the games that never showed to practice. They must have earned their spot through that online hitting someone was talking about. This will be interesting to watch. Have fun Ted and Hoss you can throw that team into uphevil and turn players against each other too and Batman watch your back robin has your utility belt and he wont let you have it back without a price.

Are you on the 'roids again? This is the biggest showboat routine ever. Ted in charge - He'll change the fees on you from $10 to $50 then to $700 - ask him about the rings!! He'll even charge different players different fees! AINT THAT RIGHT TED! Sit down with either Ted or Hoss for 5 minutes and they'll both drone on and on about how great they are and how much they'll spend on their team. Then at the end of the season they'll be b*i*t*c*h*i*n*g about it and trying to figure out a way to charge you extra to make up for their financial loss. Force players know it--some are afraid to admit it for fear that their career will be put in the trash can. Hoss runs around telling everyone who he used to be and has a case of "BIG DAWG" syndrome. If you don't treat him like a superstar - no matter how much talent you got... you ain't going no where. It's too bad when people like that have that kind of power! Hoss got Ronnie signed.... Didn't Ronnie have to tryout? Hoss just took his NFL a*s down there and said to the coaches, "sign him" and they did. Absolutely no credit to the player! Hoss is the biggest self-promoter ever! Ted is #2! They'll do you a favor and then you have get on your knees! CAN NOT wait until Big D thugs find out about the both of you! Hey Ted, Maybe you can work those knees into a job with the NFL! I'm sure HOSS has all those connections!

High Quality, you are smoking crack. Ted had nothing to do on raising players fees that would be your Uncle Frank the owner of the team. It was Ted who arranged the bus trip and getting everyone down to Miami and spent money out of his own pocket, Frank and his wife and Justin who was a favorite among all of us and a great team-mate flew down and put everything on Ted's shoulders to get us to Miami and for the record that is the owners responsibility.
I talked to Todd Tester and Ronnie and ran into DP at a Grand Valley game a few weeks ago. Everyone knows Hoss got Justin into Grand Valley and even Todd told me and we all love and respect the the Tester. He told me he could not believe that Frank and his wife not once ever thanked Hoss for getting Justin a second chance. If that would have been my son I would have at least took the guy out to dinner.
DP and I called Ronnie and I said jokingly his Hoss your agent now. They both told me, you got to be kidding. Hoss never asked them for anything. Ronnie told me , he will love Hoss forever for opening that door. I asked him so Hoss did ask or say anything, Ronnie said , just work hard and make that team. For the record DP is going to Detroit to play for those guys along with some other Laker friends. Now back to Ronnie. Ronnie said he told Hoss he would go play for the Seminoles and he said, Coach Hoss told him no way will you play for the Seminoles. I asked Ronnie he said that to you and why. He said Coach told him he will make the Rampage and never play semi pro football again. I said did he ask for anything, he said ya, the Coach told me just make the team and we will all can come watch you play.
Does not sound like a self promoter. My neighbor's brothers kid got into Ferris because of Hoss. Bill told me that his brother said Hoss has done done that for over 100 kids and does not ask for anything. He treated all of us right and never bad mouth one us.
He came to the Ravens game after getting out of the Hospital, that man could not even stand up but he came their for us. Coach Hooker told me he had to change Hoss's dressing at half time and he could barley stand up. Yet he goes out their and gets us fired up and puts the defense in the right place all night long and we beat the pants off the Ravens. You are either Ernie or Coach Mead. Todd Tester is going to Detroit to play for Ted and Hoss. If their is one player and one player we all respected and one of the best good guys I have played with in 10 years It is Tester. We all looked to Todd for leadership on the field. Hoss was always up front with me and said he would use my skills in the right situations to help the team. I never begged him for playing time like a few mediocre players did.
I wanted to play like everyone else but I understood my role. Frank was never up front with any of us. I did not have anything to do with the Offense but he lied to Matt R and Reggie and Devon and he tried to cut Ty and Hoss would not let it happen so what does Frank do he shows his gratitude for Justin by letting Hoss go. Great job Batman, I agree with Clayton, Batman you got two great guys that know football and treat people right. I do not know who the OC will be for the Seminoles but on D you will have a guy who is fair and will not ask for anything in return. All you have to see is Todd Tester and I heard Ernest and DP one of DP's friends are going over. Those were our leaders on D. If they had confidence in Frank and Coach Reeves who is a nice guy they would have stayed with the the Force. I agree with Clayton, probably the locals who can't travel will stay and they will pick up a few decent players. I know Phil and Tokar won't be back. I may try the Battle Creek team. I know I would not be good enough to make the New Seminole team.
I guarantee you that if you talk to Ronnie and DP and number 9 and Eddie Hines who told me how much he liked Coach Hoss so and I know how upset Holden was when he found out Coach was gone. To the Seminole players, those guys will be fair and they are both two of the nicest guys I have ever been around in Semi Pro football and their have been many. Happy holidays to my former team-mates and to Seminole Nation. Batman , you really made a great move. This will haunt Frank for a long time. He had those two here and he treated them both like crap. All you have to see about Frank's character is he showed Hoss his gratitude for Justin by stabbing Hoss in the back and what he did to Ted who worked hard and long for us was even worse.

H1FXBFGyou have gotta be kidding, there are only 11 spots on each side of the ball. do you think that there will only be 11 guys trying out for the team? heck no! so lets see how the other 40 guys take being placed 2nd and 3rd best to whoever ted and hoss pick as starters. the same as every other semi-proo team, they will go were they think there playing the most. simple as that.

Or they are there to be part of a TEAM and do what is expected of them. Why is it that everyone expects or want this team to have problems? Why can't everyone make the most of their time on the field and have fun and satisfaction in getting that W and possible a ring or two?

If Ted and Hoss are who everyone says they are and Batman recruits 1. Accountable 2. Experienced (College Level) 3. Smart 4. Hungry People will come and they will drive. You got to know what makes your player tick. If your practices are ran efficiently and there is NO ONE standing around... You can get a ton of work in. Real Players hate when their time is wasted. There are some guys on every team that can come to the game and ball out every play just because 1. They understand the game and can adapt are willing to implement the coaching staff's plan 2. They have pride in not looking like a dumazz playing ball 3. They just got it. Defense for the most part is about reacting to the ball and hustle 90%. 10% scheme. Offense is about execution. Load the smart ones on offense and crazy ones on D. (with a grain of Salt obviously) If Your kicker and punter are worth a darn. kicking game will be fine. Ted and Hoss will hold the most valuable commodity in their hands ... YOUR PLAYING TIME. DO IT RIGHT OR MISS OUT ON PARTICIPATING ON SERIOUS FUN... FOOTBALL AT A HIGH LEVEL.... The overall product will justify the means... Good Luck Seminoles
