i honestly think you guys are wasting your breath. when players learn that you need to work together as a team and not individuals you will have great structure. i might be a starter one game and a back-up the next but what i do is support my fellow BROTHERS and we make each other play better and at a higher level and are each others cheerleaders. So i don't know why you are all getting upset about this. in my opinion all players are important to there teams in one way or another period. everyone has a role on the team. if am running the ball i have 5 BROTHERS cheering me on and then am doing the same for them.
when the ones that complain figure out to be a team player your time will be gone and bridges burnt. focus on what is important playing a game you love, meeting new people every game, making friendships that will last forever.
individuals who are not team players are the ones that are lazy and think they should get the ball every play. for example only i have seen it playing teams. wr's who are out wide and it's a run play when the play is snapped they jog off the line. this type of person is cancer on the team.
am a warrior player and i will tell you this much when you come to practice and when you come to games you check your ego at the door period. because warrior players take pride in each of their brothers regardless of his talent. because once the uniform is on you are a warrior player and part of a team not one individual in a uniform
am a player for the warrior nation. am sorry if i disrespected anyone. any of you that know me knows am not like that and if i did sorry i get hit in the head lot. lol BOTT #2

Sometimes its about coaching and it depends on the age of a player as well if your getting up there in age and this young guy has a step or two on you but the seasoned vet is smarterr then the young buck then the coaches have to know how to use his players.

Probably #11 or #81 for the Cougars in 2002-2004
